Founded in 1998, Donahue Associates, LLC is a CPA firm in northern New Jersey offering valuable "back-office" support to commodity and securities brokerage companies and to publicly-traded small and mid-sized companies. The firm's managing partner is Brian Donahue, a certified public accountant with an 18 year career that spanned auditing at a "Big 8" accounting firm, managing the audit department for financial compliance at the New York Mercantile Exchange, and working as Chief Financial Officer for a variety of future commission merchants. Since the inception of the firm, Mr. Donahue has established over 20 future commission merchants and over 75 introducing brokerage firms throughout the country.
